Dr. Terra is NO LONGER a prefered provider with any insurance companies. Insurance coverage varies by carrier, state, and plan, and frequently does not cover naturopathic services or out of network providers. It is the patient's responsibility to confirm coverage.
Please verify your coverage with your insurance provider prior to your appointment if you plan to submit the superbill to them. We do not provide any additional assistance in billing your insurance beyond the superbill provided on the day of service. Payment is due at the time of service. We have a 24-hour cancelation policy- This specifically means that if you do not contact the office to cancel, your appointment 24 business hours before your appointment you will be charged a fee. Our definition for business hours is, the days that the office is open to see patients.
